BI Projects and Portfolio

My background in marketing has always been data-driven, as measuring the success of campaigns is essential.

This natural interest in data-driven strategies led me to data analysis, something I’ve always found fascinating. After finishing my cycle at my last company in August 2024, I focused on Business Intelligence, taking courses and creating projects, which are featured in the portfolio below.

My experience with sales and marketing KPIs, combined with my new data skills, is shaping me into a well-rounded, customer-focused professional.

Project 1 – Marketing Analysis

This project includes 4 dashboards with over 10 visual elements, analyzing customer profiles, spending behavior, marketing campaign performance, and purchase patterns. Each perspective offers insights for decision-makers by cross-referencing data, creating measures, and visualizing key metrics.

Project 2 – Sales Performance Dashboards

The goal of this project is to analyze sales performance using Power BI, showcasing key features and insightful dashboards that provide actionable business insights. It covers the entire process, from data exploration to dashboard creation.

Project 3 – HR Dashboard

This project offers a brief introduction to HR data analysis using Power BI. Throughout the project, I present various features and functionalities of Power BI, such as measure tables and conditional columns.

Project 4 – Logistics Dashboard Correction

The goal of this project was to fix a flawed logistics dashboard, rebuilding it to accurately address key delivery metrics such as on-time deliveries and performance by city.

Project 5 – Financial Analysis Dashboard

In this project, a company wants to have a clear view of its revenues and expenses and requested the creation of a dashboard to analyze financial indicators.

Project 6 – Stock Market Dashboard

In this mini-project, we will use real publicly available data and build an Analytical Stock Market Dashboard.

Project 7 – Segmentation with Machine Learning

This project involves segmenting customers into three groups using machine learning in Python, based on historical purchase data. The results will be visualized in Power BI and shared with the Marketing team for targeted strategies.

Project 8 – Production Engineering with Power BI and AI

AI features in Power BI are used to predict the average units produced over time and detect anomalies. The dashboard created in this project serves as a starting point for the daily activities of Production Engineers.

Here are all the data sets and files for the projects.
